Close your Eye Digital account, or ask us to.

You can close your Eye Digital account whenever you want. The fastest way is in the app: Account → Close my account. It happens immediately.
If you cannot sign in, fill this in and we will do it for you.
Request deletion
Use the email address on the account. We will confirm by email within 30 days, usually the same week.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your notifications and device tokens
- Your conversations with the assistant
- Your ability to sign in — every session ends immediately
What is kept, and why
Invoices and payment records stay on our books. They are accounting documents and both Lebanese tax law and ordinary bookkeeping require us to retain them; they are held for the statutory period and are no longer linked to a login. Work we delivered — a website, a design — remains yours and is unaffected.
If your company has an ongoing contract with us, closing the app account does not end it. Talk to us first.
How long it takes
In-app deletion is immediate. A request through this form is handled by a person, within 30 days and usually much sooner.
