The rules for using the app and the client area.

These terms cover your use of the Eye Digital app and client area. They do not replace whatever we agreed for the work itself — if the two ever disagree, your signed proposal or contract wins.

What this is

A window onto work we are doing for you: your projects, what we need from you, your invoices and a way to reach us. It is a convenience, not the agreement.

Your account

• Accounts are created by us for clients. There is no public sign-up.
• Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

What the figures mean

We work hard to keep the app accurate, and every figure comes from the same records we bill from. If something here ever contradicts a signed invoice or contract, the signed document is the one that counts. Delivery dates shown in the app are honest forecasts with a stated range, not guarantees — when one moves we tell you why.

Paying

Invoices are due on the terms in your agreement. The app shows what is outstanding; it does not take payment. Nothing shown in the app waives an amount owed, and nothing here creates a charge we did not agree.

Your content

Files, photographs and text you send us stay yours. You give us permission to store and use them for the work you have asked us to do. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Fair use

Do not attempt to reach another client's data, break the service, probe it for weaknesses without asking us first, or resell access. We may suspend an account that does.

The assistant

Iris is generated by a language model and can be wrong. Treat it as a helpful colleague rather than a source of truth: check anything that matters against the invoice, the project, or a person. Decisions you take on its word are your own.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up and we monitor it, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance happens, and so do outages upstream of us.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability arising from the app is limited to the fees you paid us for it, which for most clients is nothing — the app is included with the work.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time from Account → Close my account, or by requesting it here. We may close an account that breaches these terms. Closing an account does not cancel money owed in either direction.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction.
